School On Mountain Kung-Fu school curriculum is a most unique kung-fu training program. The student begins with general physical development and progresses into traditional, prearranged form training which simulates offensive and defensive techniques. Individual mastery is dependent on oneself. Based on our estimates, the average student can reach the minimum standard of achievement within one-and-one-half to two years training. The average time in learning the basics is three to four lessons. Intermediate and advanced students can look forward to more rewarding physical and psychological development with each advance. Available training include Fu-Jow Pai Kung-Fu (Tiger Claw System). Broadsword, Staff, Matching sets both empty and weapons sets, empty hands techniques as well as weapons.
